Glen has over 25 years experience working in some of the world’s best kitchens – from training at the legendary Hotel George V in Paris, to Head Chef at The Savoy and travelling the world with Albert Roux as Chef Director. Restaurant Glen Watson is everything a country dining experience should be with an inviting laid-back atmosphere and a hearty selection of seasonal dishes cooked using the finest local ingredients. All of our beef is sourced from 19 Gales Farm.
