Our team of award winning chefs (no outside caterers here!) create delicious wedding breakfasts using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from a selection of local suppliers and our own kitchen garden.
Our kitchen team is lead by Glen Watson who has over 30 years experience working in some of the world’s best kitchens – from training at the legendary Hotel George V in Paris, to Head Chef at The Savoy and travelling the world with Albert Roux as Chef Director.
