The outdoor heated swimming pool at Badgers Mount is set within our beautiful landscaped gardens. Make a splash, then relax on the terrace with views over the stunning countryside, unwind with a cocktail or chilled bottle of Prosecco and then feast on freshly cooked food from our exclusive terrace menu.
Full pool rules are available on check-in, and wrist bands are issued
Bookings are only taken 24 hours in advance
Call to reserve and make payment upon booking
All monies paid are non-refundable on payment unless the pool needs to undergo any maintenance or water quality adjustments
Please note that our pool is not attended by a lifeguard.

Pool Etiquette
Food served 12-2.15pm & 4.30-6.15pm
(All subject to the necessary pool checks to ensure pool water safety, We will post out on a daily basis for pool opening)
We will never allow use of the pool if we are not happy that the required levels of water chemistry have been achieved and recorded
Our pool is not life guard monitored, but our team are trained to help in any emergency
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the grounds and pool at our discretion if we feel pool safety is compromised in any way
No food or drinks are permitted to be brought into the grounds or hotel
Our pool is heated to an average of 26oC
Do’s
- Sign in and collect a wrist band
- Use our shower facilities and changing rooms before swimming (and after pool use is highly recommended)
- Respect our hotel guest and other pool users at all times
- Ask any of our team if you need any advice on pool use and safety
- Take note of the pool depths on the edge of the pool area
- Our toilets and baby changing are there for pool user comfort
- Pool users wishing to use our restaurant or lounge bar should change into casual clothing and out of swimwear
- Enjoy yourself!!!!
Don’ts
- Do not drink excessively while using the pool
- No inflatables, balls or floating beds
- No diving, our pool is not deep enough!
- Do not leave any small children or minors unattended in the grounds and especially in the pool at any time
- Please do not bring any dogs or pets
- No glassware is permitted in the pool and garden area during pool use
- Do not enter the hotel before drying off and wearing suitable clothing to walk through the hotel (no swimwear)

Prices
£10 per person, per session.
Babies under 1 are free.
Please note: The £10 entry fee applies to all guests entering the pool area, including both swimmers and spectators.
Booking Window
Bookings can be made on the day, subject to availability, or up to 24 hours in advance. Bookings are not available outside this window.
Session Times
- Morning Session: 11:00am – 2:45pm
- Afternoon Session: 3:00pm – 6:45pm
Please note that all guests must be out of the pool by 2:30pm for the morning session and by 6:30pm for the afternoon session.
Capacity
Each session is limited to 50 guests. Once a session is full, no further bookings will be available.
Payment Terms
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not hold unpaid bookings, and no exceptions can be made.
Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Refunds will only be issued if we are required to cancel due to a pool safety issue, water quality issue, or another operational issue on the hotel’s side.
