Pool Booking Information

Please read the information below before completing your booking.

Prices

£10 per person, per session.

Babies under 1 are free.

Booking Window

Bookings can be made on the day, subject to availability, or up to 24 hours in advance. Bookings are not available outside this window.

Session Times

• Morning Session: 11:00am – 2:45pm
• Afternoon Session: 3:00pm – 6:45pm

Please note that all guests must be out of the pool by 2:30pm for the morning session and by 6:30pm for the afternoon session.

Capacity

Each session is limited to 50 guests. Once a session is full, no further bookings will be available.

Payment Terms

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not hold unpaid bookings, and no exceptions can be made.

Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Refunds will only be issued if we are required to cancel due to a pool safety issue, water quality issue, or another operational issue on the hotel’s side.
